Since 1995 Professional Property Services (PPS) has been a brokerage and management firm completing hundreds of lease and sale contracts and managing properties throughout Missouri.

As a result of much uncertainty surrounding our financial markets, industry speculation is; we are likely heading into a commercial financial tsunami.

Over the next several years mortgages worth billions of dollars are coming due and refinancing these notes will be difficult at best because:

Our CMBS market is shattered and confidence is low
Property owners have little to no equity left in their properties, and
Banks are not lending money due to
- Uncertainty of the market
- Need to achieve banking ratios and regulations
- Desire a more liquid balance in asset types

In order to address the needs in our current commercial real estate environment a strategic shift towards serving the needs of lending institutions throughout Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska has been initiated.

PPS has established a new division known as Real Estate Asset Recovery Services.
